This website introduces our product compliance support services and provides general educational information for business users. These terms cover use of the website; separately agreed service terms govern commissioned work.

2. Information and professional guidance

Articles, service descriptions and process outlines are general guidance, not a determination of the requirements for a specific product or shipment. Requirements depend on factors such as product characteristics, intended use, tariff classification and the destination market.

A success message means the mail server accepted the message; it does not guarantee certification or project acceptance. If submission fails or you do not hear from us, email info@gocertify.net and include any submission reference.

GoCertify branding and original content, together with licensed website materials, are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and share links to public pages and retain reasonable copies for internal reference. Reproduction, resale or use of branding for another business requires the relevant permission.

Third-party names, logos and certification marks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not establish endorsement, partnership or accreditation, and does not authorize use of a certification mark on a product.

6. External links and communication platforms

Links to authorities, service providers, WhatsApp, WeChat and other websites are provided for convenience. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. A WeChat QR code opens the contact-adding process within WeChat; it is not a promise of an immediate conversation.
