1. About these terms
GoCertify is a trading name of GLOBAL INTEGRATED MARKET ACCESS STANDARD SOLUTIONS LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13563558. Our registered office is 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
These terms describe the basis of our product certification and regulatory compliance support for manufacturers, importers and exporters. References to GoCertify, we, us and our mean the company named above.
2. Scope of our services
Our work may include reviewing product information, identifying applicable requirements, preparing documentation and coordinating applications, testing or conformity assessment. The exact services, deliverables, exclusions and responsibilities will be set out in a written quotation or agreement. Unless expressly agreed, our services do not include legal advice, customs brokerage, laboratory testing performed by GoCertify or acting as a certification authority.
References to SABER, SASO, IECEE, Saudi Quality Mark, G-Mark and other schemes describe areas of support. They do not imply government affiliation, accreditation or authority to issue certificates. Approval decisions remain with the relevant authority, platform, laboratory or certification body.
3. Quotations and acceptance
An enquiry, website message or initial discussion does not create a service contract. Work starts only after the scope, fees and contracting entity have been confirmed in writing and the agreed acceptance and payment requirements have been met. A signed service agreement takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
4. Information and client responsibilities
Please provide accurate, complete and current product descriptions, model details, intended use, HS codes where known, labels, test reports and supporting documents. You must have permission to share the information and to instruct us on behalf of your business.
You remain responsible for the product’s safety, manufacture, regulatory compliance and accuracy of declarations. Tell us promptly about changes to the product, factory, supplier, labeling, shipment or application. Additional work caused by changes or missing information will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
5. Certification outcomes and timing
We will use reasonable care and skill within the agreed scope. Certification, platform acceptance, customs clearance and shipment release cannot be guaranteed. Requirements may change, and independent decision-makers may request additional evidence, samples, testing, inspection or corrective action.
Any completion date is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Timing depends on complete documents, payment, third-party availability and the relevant approval process. Do not treat an estimated certificate date as a guarantee of shipping or customs deadlines.
6. Fees, payment and external costs
The quotation will state the service fees, currency, payment schedule and applicable taxes. Laboratory, platform, authority, inspection, translation, courier and other external charges are included only where expressly stated. Additional costs require written agreement before they are incurred on your behalf.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through the online payment link supplied with your invoice. Bank transfer details are also provided on the invoice. The website itself does not provide a card checkout. Never send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords through the enquiry form or chat.
7. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Either party may request a change to the agreed scope. We will explain the effect on cost and timing before the change is accepted. If you wish to cancel, contact us promptly in writing.
Cancellation charges and any refund will be assessed against the accepted agreement, work already completed and documented third-party commitments. We will provide a breakdown; unused amounts will be handled under the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
8. Confidentiality and documents
Each party should protect the other party’s non-public business information and use it only for the agreed work. Information may need to be shared with approved service providers, laboratories, certification bodies or authorities for that work, or disclosed where required by law.
You retain ownership of the documents you supply. Rights to third-party reports and certificates are subject to the issuer’s terms. GoCertify retains rights to its pre-existing templates, methods and guidance; use of project deliverables is governed by the service agreement.
9. Third parties, delays and suspension
Independent providers apply their own requirements and terms. We do not control their decisions, service availability or fees. If an event outside reasonable control affects our work, we will communicate its impact and discuss appropriate next steps.
Work may be paused where required information or agreed payment is outstanding, or where instructions appear unlawful or misleading. Where practicable, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Responsibility and liability
Responsibility for any loss will be assessed under the signed agreement and applicable law, including the nature of the breach and the loss it caused. Any negotiated liability limits must be expressly recorded in the service agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Complaints and governing law
Please raise service concerns at info@gocertify.net with your project reference and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter and seek a practical resolution.
Unless a signed service agreement expressly provides otherwise, these terms and disputes arising from our services are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not override mandatory legal protections or rights to bring proceedings elsewhere that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Updates and contact
Changes to these website terms will be dated. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing service agreement without the required agreement of the parties. For service questions, email info@gocertify.net or call +971 50 576 2665.
